4-axis Horizontal machining center
The thermal symmetry structure of double columns is adopted, and the headstock is placed in the middle of the columns, with good rigidity, balance and heat dissipation performance, which is reliable for the high-speed operation of the main axle box. The rotary table can easily process all the coordinate holes around the box-type parts after installing the workpiece at one time, and the workpiece installation is convenient and the production efficiency is high.
5-axis Horizontal machining center
1. The 5-face and 5-axis linkage processing can reduce the number of clamping times and the complete processing of clamping at one time, effectively reducing the workpiece cost.
2. Pallet exchange can meet the requirements of large and small batch production.
3. Cradle type five-axis: double worm gear transmission and high-precision positioning, with minimal thermal impact during processing, high positioning accuracy and good repeatability of Axis A.
